Aneela Shah
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Hi, I’m Aneela Shah, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the proud founder of Mindset Time Counseling. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Cambridge College and bring over 16 years of experience in coaching, advising, and therapy. Creating Mindset Time has been one of the most fulfilling chapters of my life, this practice has become a space of healing, growth, and support for so many individuals in our community, and I’m honored to lead it.
I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories. I genuinely enjoy building meaningful connections, helping others navigate emotional challenges, and empowering them to develop a healthier mindset and sense of self. I take pride in offering a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
My therapeutic approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, all rooted in a strengths-based, client-centered perspective. I believe we all have the capacity for healing within us, my role is to help guide and support you through that process.
At Mindset Time, we’re passionate about serving a diverse and vibrant community. I welcome individuals from all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, and political beliefs. Whether you're facing life transitions, emotional stress, or simply seeking clarity, I'm here to support you on your path to growth and balance.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two, and I enjoy cooking, hiking, reading, and traveling. I believe that fulfillment is possible for everyone—and if you're ready to explore what’s holding you back and what lies ahead, I’d love to walk alongside you.

Dave Ursillo

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A)
Hi, I’m Dave Ursillo, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) at Mindset Time Counseling. I’m passionate about helping clients reconnect with their sense of self and live the story of their lives in ways that feel free, meaningful, and unapologetically authentic.
As a fourth-generation American of Italian and Irish heritage from Rhode Island, I grew up surrounded by rich family and cultural narratives. That early exposure to storytelling sparked my lifelong curiosity about identity, belonging, and personal truth leading me on a diverse professional journey through politics, coaching, publishing, yoga teaching, consulting, and global travel.
At Mindset Time, I bring this eclectic background into the therapy room to foster deep, collaborative relationships with clients of all identities and life experiences. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, human-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from mindfulness, present-moment awareness, and holistic principles to help clients build insight, expand emotional resilience, and embrace intentional change.
I specialize in working with adults (ages 18–58), including young professionals, first-time parents, mid-career professionals, and individuals preparing for retirement. I’m particularly experienced in supporting male-identifying clients and those in high-stress roles, including law enforcement, first responders, and military personnel both active and retired. I also work with survivors of trauma and those navigating major life transitions or identity exploration.
As your therapist, I’ll walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your autonomy and personal values. Together, we’ll explore the stories, beliefs, and emotional patterns that may be holding you back and begin rewriting the narrative in a way that honors your truth.

I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse settings, including residential homes, community agencies, outpatient clinics, and private practice giving me a well-rounded, inclusive perspective on mental health care.
At Mindset Time, I welcome individuals ages nine and up, as well as couples, tailoring each session to your specific needs. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy to help you reframe your personal story, strengthen resilience, and foster meaningful change.

Hi, I’m Megan Fenton, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Mindset Time Counseling, where we’re committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut, and my journey into mental health began with a foundation in Movement Science and experience as a personal trainer. My work is trauma-informed and grief-informed, grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, emotional regulation, life transitions, and grief/loss. I also support clients managing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges.
As part of the Mindset Time Counseling team, my approach is collaborative, person-centered, and focused on building a strong therapeutic relationship. Whether you’re working through a specific issue or simply seeking a space to reflect, I’m here to support your growth and healing every step of the way.
